The laserworx.pl website

The site is informational. It contains no forms, creates no accounts and uses no cookies for marketing or analytics purposes. The hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type) in order to keep the service secure and working correctly.

E-mail contact

If you write to us, we process the data contained in that correspondence solely in order to reply and to discuss possible cooperation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in our services. We keep correspondence no longer than is necessary for those purposes.

Mobile applications — Pulse Dock

The Pulse Dock game is free and funded by advertising. Gameplay itself works entirely offline: scores, personal bests, experience points and settings are stored only locally on the device and are never sent to any server. The application creates no user accounts and contains no payment features.

Uninstalling the application, or using the in-game reset, removes that progress data from the device. Resetting progress does not change your stored advertising consent — that is changed as described below.

Advertising in the application

The application shows full-screen ads delivered by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited). An ad can appear only after a finished run, once you deliberately tap to continue — never during play, during a pause, in a menu, or while the application is starting. Frequency is capped inside the application.

Showing an ad requires a network connection. Google then receives the data needed to select, display, measure and account for the ad:

• the device advertising identifier (Advertising ID),
• device and system information (model, system version, language, regional settings),
• the IP address, from which Google may derive an approximate location,
• events concerning the ad itself, such as an impression or a click.

For this data Google acts as a separate controller. The details are described in Google's privacy policy and in how Google uses data in advertising. The full list of advertising technology providers is shown in the consent dialog displayed inside the application.

Advertising consent and how to withdraw it

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the application asks for consent before it requests any ad. The legal basis for processing data for personalised advertising is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can change or withdraw that consent at any time inside the game: Settings → Ad privacy choices. Refusing consent does not restrict access to the game — every mode and feature remains available, and gameplay works without a network connection.

The application is not directed to children.

If any of our applications processes data differently in the future, we will describe it in this document and in the store listing before releasing that version.

Data recipients

Data may be processed by technical service providers acting on our behalf: the website hosting provider and the e-mail provider. The data described under "Advertising in the application" is received by Google and its advertising partners on the terms indicated in that section. That data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under the mechanisms Google applies.

We do not sell data. Apart from the advertising described above, we do not share data for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, to object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) in Poland.
